Site Security, Organizational Training, and Personal Safety

FordMOTIVATION is ready to provide your organization the ability to strengthen the core security of your site, building or campus.  We use over 28 years of combined professional security and public safety experience, training, and leadership to assist in providing you with a detailed and descriptive assessment of your organization's security and safety overview. Not only is the physical security of your property evaluated, but we also at your direction, can seek input from your employees and team members regarding their daily processes, work patterns and individual expectations.  This often assist in a "buy-in" by your associates and team,  in order to fully develop a well-rounded and informed security site survey.  Remember, not only are we designing a site survey to protect your physical property and assets, but also to provide a secure and well trained work force who will perform well to maintain a safe work environment and respond appropriately in the event of an emergency. 

Should you wish to have additional training for your staff, we are able to provide a wide assortment of organizational leadership, team oriented validation, or direct security related training such as, Fire/Medical Emergency Response, Responding and Surviving an Active Shooter or Workplace Violence incident, Site Security-Safety Awareness, Evacuation planning and procedures, or establishing company-wide policies for such issues or concerns.

In addition to business security plans, FordMOTIVATION provides full service security assessments and evaluations, for private citizens and non-profit entities (*DISCOUNTED 501).   From evaluating physical security to providing overall assessments of day-to-day threats and analysis, FordMOTIVATION makes your organization's safety a top priority.

FordMOTIVATION uses our vast background of variating operational experience, training and education, to deliver a well-rounded product when it involves leadership development and selection.  Let's be honest, the first key to successful implementation of professional leadership within an organization, is creating the defining candidate profile for the specific position.  This can be complicated for some management positions.  Having a background in those areas that are critical for a successful candidate, extends the opportunity to pull in the net that is cast, in order to focus on the candidates that not only meet the essential requirements, but share the right vision of the organization, and have the experience to carry it out.  This is created by our consultants dissecting the critical roles and expectations from all company or organizational perspectives.  Understanding the leadership potential of a candidate will assist in determining if their ideology and vision as a leader or manager, fits into that organizational profile.   Often the majority of the time spent on a talent search is the pre-selection phase of an employment posting.  When dealing with something as critical as a leadership position, FordMOTIVATION believes that streamlining the candidate profile, allows the organization to set their primary focus to detailed evaluation of the candidate list that is provided, based on the position profile that we develop and present to the organization.

Once a candidate is selected from the talent list provided, it is essential for success to follow up with leadership check-ins that can be facilitated in the plan for continued accomplishments, which we have coined as; FordMOTIVATION's STORE Concept, specifically the key components that make up the concept are;
